We collect name and email address information when a request from our website is collected using cookies. We do not sell your information to third parties, or share your information for marketing purposes.

Street Cast London only give your details to production when you are shortlisted, penciled or booked in for a job so that they can prepare you for the production.

We collect the following in order to send you information about suitable castings:

Name, contact information (including phone number and email address), demographic information (including address and postcode) statistics and work experience, images, showreels, casting videos, CVs and biographies.

Lawful reasons for processing
Our lawful reason for processing your personal information will usually in the first instance be “legitimate interests”.  Under this we can process your information if we have a genuine and legitimate business reason and we are not harming any of your rights and interests.

Access to your information and correction

You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you. If you would like a copy of some or all of your personal information, please email us casting@streetcastlondon.co.uk

We want to make sure that your personal information is accurate and up to date. You may ask us to correct information you think is inaccurate. If you no longer want us to store your personal information you may ask us to delete it.

The artist is reminded that script and programme confidentiality is vital and that you must not disclose information about any character or programme or commercial without prior permission from Street Cast London Ltd, the Production company and/or Advertising Agency. We expect our cast to maintain a professional standard at all times.
